Discovery the Douro’s Valley! Visit the first wine region classified in UNESCO world heritage and enjoy a day excursion through a magnificent landscape.  

The Douro Valley is famous for its unusual and exceptional landscapes. During this visit, you will have the opportunity to taste the wines of the region. You can admire charming and historic monasteries and villages on the banks of the river.

What to expect? 

  • Explore the landscapes along the Douro River on your day trip by bus from Porto. 
  • Visit the historic city of Amarante. 
  • Admire Régua and enjoy a lunch (included). 
  • Lamego and Pinhao, (includes a visit to the vineyards of "Quinta do Tedo" and a wine tasting) 

Highlight of the day: 

  • Visit to the convent and the church of Amarante. 
  • Visit the bridge and the historic center of Amarante. 
  • Tasting of Portuguese sweets. 
  • Lunch overlooking the landscape of Baguauste Dam (Régua) - UNESCO World Heritage. 
  • Visit and tasting at “Quinta do Tedo”.
